55ace Terms & Conditions

Throughout this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

References to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. References to statutes or regulations include any amendments thereto.

To register a valid 55ace account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 55ace or had an account terminated for breach of this Agreement;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 55ace, nor a close family member of such a person;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which the use of online gaming services is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law;
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Single Account Policy: Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on 55ace. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, Pakistani mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 55ace reserves the right to close all but the first-registered account, confiscate any winnings derived from the duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the Member from the platform.

Accuracy of Registration Information: You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any identity documents subsequently requested — is true, accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 55ace login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 55ace will never ask you for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 55ace requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

• Do not share your 55ace login credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• Use a password that is unique to your 55ace account and not reused across other services, including your JazzCash or EasyPaisa mobile wallet;
• Enable two-factor SMS authentication in your account security settings;
• Log out of your 55ace account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Notify 55ace support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

55ace accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials, or where you have shared your login details with a third party.

55ace accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as set out in the table below:

All funds deposited into your 55ace account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. 55ace reserves the right to request documentary evidence linking any payment method to the registered Member. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.

Members may request withdrawal of real-money account balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must be verified in accordance with 55ace's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. First withdrawal requests typically trigger a document verification review;
• There must be no active bonus wagering requirements pending on the account at the time of the withdrawal request, unless the Member opts to forfeit the applicable bonus and associated pending winnings;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance (exclusive of locked bonus funds);
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name — the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where practicable.

55ace targets the following withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa under 15 minutes; Raast under 5 minutes once confirmed; bank transfers within one business day. These timelines apply during normal operating hours and may be extended during high-volume periods. 55ace is not liable for delays attributable to the receiving financial institution.

55ace reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawal requests that exceed Rs 200,000 in a single transaction or Rs 500,000 cumulatively within a 30-day period. Such checks are conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and do not constitute a refusal to pay.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, and loyalty rewards offered by 55ace are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and may be restricted by geographic location, account status, deposit method, or other criteria specified in the individual promotion;
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonus amounts must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable bonus terms before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings upon expiry;
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots — check individual promotion terms for applicable contribution rates;
• 55ace reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.

All bets placed on 55ace are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game type, as published on the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A bet is confirmed only when 55ace issues a bet confirmation reference and the corresponding stake is deducted from the Member's account balance;
• 55ace reserves the right to limit stake amounts, suspend markets, void bets, or restrict access to specific betting markets at its discretion, without prior notice;
• In the event of a technical error resulting in a bet being accepted at clearly incorrect odds or game parameters, 55ace reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's account;
• Cricket bet settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent) within the settlement timeframe specified in the applicable cricket betting rules;
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer and are final upon the dealer's announcement. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not automatically entitle the Member to a refund;
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems and are final upon reel completion. Any payout displayed in the game client represents the correct payout for the outcome achieved.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to 55ace support within 72 hours of the disputed event concluding. 55ace will review all genuine disputes and communicate its decision within 5 business days. 55ace's decision on betting disputes, reached following a reasonable investigation process, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55ace platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one 55ace account;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to place bets or access the platform in a non-human manner;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on sporting events in which you have any material inside knowledge or influence over the outcome, including PSL and other cricket fixtures;
• Using the 55ace platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or conduct any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds;
• Systematic arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or other conduct calculated to exploit 55ace's promotional or pricing systems in bad faith;
• Providing false identity information, documents, or misrepresenting your personal circumstances to obtain any benefit from 55ace;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communication with 55ace staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to access, probe, or attack 55ace's technical systems, including any attempt at SQL injection, denial of service, or other forms of cyber attack.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, 55ace may immediately suspend the relevant account, withhold all pending withdrawals pending investigation, permanently terminate the account, void all associated winnings, and refer the matter to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

55ace provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from within your account settings without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration within a single session.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum amounts you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, betting and gaming is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your 55ace account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 55ace account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. After 6 months, reinstatement requires a formal written request and a mandatory 7-day reflection period.

55ace also monitors account activity for patterns consistent with problem gambling — including rapid successive deposits, repeated maximum deposits immediately following large losses, and deviation from normal session patterns — and may proactively contact Members where such patterns are identified. Mandatory 21+ Enforcement: 55ace conducts age verification on a risk-based basis and in compliance with international gaming licensing standards. Where age verification fails or is refused, the account will be suspended and any funds held will be returned to the source payment method after standard security checks.

All content on the 55ace platform — including but not limited to the 55ace brand name, logo, visual design, software, source code, game content, betting interfaces, data feeds, statistics, text, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55ace or its duly licensed content and technology partners. No Member or third party acquires any ownership rights in 55ace intellectual property by virtue of registering an account or using the platform.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55ace platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit: reproduction of 55ace content for commercial purposes; reverse engineering or decompilation of any software; scraping of odds data or statistical information; or the creation of derivative works based on 55ace materials.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data provided by Members in connection with their 55ace account is governed by the 55ace Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms part of the binding legal framework between 55ace and its Members.

By registering a 55ace account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including: identity verification processing; financial transaction monitoring for AML compliance; session data collection for responsible gaming monitoring; and communications related to your account and applicable promotions. You may exercise your data rights at any time by contacting 55ace support.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55ace's total aggregate liability to any Member — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member to their 55ace account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55ace shall not be liable for any of the following, even where 55ace has been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored in relation to your account;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Service interruptions attributable to Pakistani telecommunications network failures, including Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, or PTCL infrastructure;
• Losses arising from events outside 55ace's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, regulatory enforcement, or cyber attacks originating from third parties.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 55ace's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination by the Member: You may close your 55ace account at any time by contacting support. Where your account is in good standing and carries a positive real-money balance, 55ace will process a return of that balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days of receiving a closure request, subject to the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and completion of standard security checks.

Termination by 55ace: 55ace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where: the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement; the Member has provided false registration information; fraud or prohibited conduct has been detected; responsible gaming concerns require immediate account action; or applicable licensing or regulatory obligations require account closure.

Upon termination for cause, 55ace may withhold the account balance pending investigation and void any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money balances verified as legitimately deposited will be returned to the source payment method after the conclusion of any investigation, less any amounts properly deducted under this Agreement.

55ace reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via registered email address or in-platform notification at least 14 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or emergency operational necessity.

Continued use of the 55ace platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Members who do not agree to any amendment may close their account in accordance with Clause 13 before the amendment takes effect, without penalty.

This Agreement, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 55ace holds its international gaming licence. 55ace operates under international gaming licensing standards designed to protect members and ensure platform integrity.

In the event of a dispute between you and 55ace that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation and 55ace's internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Internal Complaints: Any Member wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact 55ace support in writing at [email protected]. 55ace will acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receiving the complaint with sufficient information to investigate it.
